A Cause Worth Fighting For

Sgt Hook says this…I received an email from a mother whose son is currently fighting in Iraq with the 101st Airborne Division. He and his platoon have penned a message to the American public that is a little different from the message we are getting via the MSM. He asked his mom to help get this message out and she asked me. Here it is from the soldiers on the ground…

Friends this is an amazing letter and even though the writer calls himself “just a soldier…” he is far from being just a soldier for he is a true American. Join me in passing this note around to everyone that has the guts to read and then to a few that can’t stand to have the truth shown to them.

UPDATE:
Sgt. Hook had originally kept the Sgt’s name off of the letter for OPSEC reasons. He has since contacted the Sgt who has given permission to include his name on the letter. So thank you, SGT Walter J. Rausch and 1st Platoon 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault).
