The Pushback started by Andi of Andi’s Place continues.
Today Air Force Family takes the reins and pushes back with a column written by an Active Duty Air Force Officer and a former member of the Iraq Survey Group (ISG) that operated under David Kay prior to the invasion. He writes: “I’ll spare you the humiliating stories about interrogating Ba'athists and running them as sources. It’s not pretty, it never is. Those we interrogated were proud when they were on top, but they would do anything they needed to survive; including tell[ing] you what you wanted to hear, whether or not it was true. But we were professionals, and eventually separated lies from truth. So here is the truth. My Congressman told me there were no WMD in Iraq. But he was wrong, because it was and is still there. And we found some.
Go read the whole thing, you won’t believe what he is saying and you too will be asking why the Main Stream Media isn’t going after this story.
