Republicans and Democrats are joining hands across the aisle to assist Soldiers' Angels! House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer (Dem-MD) and House Minority Whip Roy Blunt (Rep-MO) are hosting a Washington DC gala for Soldiers' Angels on November 6, just two days after the presidential election. Master of Ceremonies for the event will be Al Hunt, Washington Editor of Bloomberg News, and the keynote speaker will be Admiral Michael Mullen, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

Salute to Heroes and Angels, a traveling museum documenting the life of American soldiers at war and homefront efforts to meet their needs, will be installed for the event and hosted by the International Trade Center through November 19.
