Micahel Tomberlin | Yellowhammering Afghanistan | KABUL, Afghanistan - A special group of ladies from Liberty Baptist Church in Chelsea have been a blessing to me and other soldiers before and they continue to be for the Fourth Alabama soldiers today.
Widows' Might Ministry is a group of Christian ladies from Liberty Baptist who honor God and their late-husbands by their outreach in a number of areas. One of them is care packages to soldiers. Their name is a play on the popular Bible story of the widow's mite that talks about a women who gave all she had for God.
