Four of seven Army personnel involved in a court martial in respect of the death of an Iraqi civilian in 2003 have had the charges against them dismissed.
The court martial, being held at Bulford Camp, relates to the death of Baha Musa in Basra on 15 September 2003 when he was in the custody of the Queen’s Lancashire Regiment, now the Duke of Lancaster's Regiment.
