The Racist Left

Leon H. Wolf writing at RedState posts a piece The Racist Left that, when the Kos Kids read it will cause them to literally go crazy with anger and vitriol. He writes in part:

“I'm sure that it's frustrating to most left-leaning bloggers these days that they can't seem to make the Democrats listen to them or win any elections. I'm sure that many of them are wondering why despite their best efforts, despite giving all their money, despite fighting and bleeding for the cause, they manage to make no headway. The answer is simple: there is a fundamentally racist grain to American leftism that the Democratic Party can't afford to be associated with, and that the American people by and large reject.

It is no surprise, then, to find modern leftists engaged in a desperate and ridiculous campaign to dig up allegations of racism on the right. As long as human beings have had character flaws, they have striven mightily to deflect and project those flaws on to others. It is even less surprising to find the left-leaning blogosphere engaging in smear campaigns rather than engaging in the search for legitimate solutions to real life problems that affect the black community.”

Oh yes this is a post that will drive the left crazy, unfortunately for them every word of it, is true. The left has undertaken a policy of racism in all of its acts and the Democratic Party has been the vehicle for them. Every Democratic Party policy seeks to subjugate the minorities of this country, while attempting to make them feel better about it by giving them the “right” to blame everyone but themselves for their misfortune.

Case in point: Rep. Cynthia McKinney (D-GA) and her current flap with the Capital Hill Police. Last Wednesday she attempted to skirt security, which is her right, but the Officer on duty did not recognize her as a member of Congress. Why you ask, well because Rep McKinney, refuses to wear her identification babge and pin that identify her as a member of Congress. When the officer asked her to stop and be identified she continued on past him, he was forced to chase her down and stop her himself, at which point she assaulted the officer by hitting him with her cell phone. Rep McKinney then goes on to issue a public statement about the affair by claiming that racial policies were set in place to discriminate against her. She stated the incident was cause by the “inappropriate stopping and touching of me, a black woman member of Congress.”

Liberal lawyer Leo Terrell, appeared on Hannity & Colmes to defend Rep. Cynthia McKinney’s right to assault a Capital Policeman and helped turn this situation into a political circus.

“This whole interview was gold for those who believe [and know, for that matter] that a large portion of the left is a bunch of race baiters. Leo Terrell, to no surprise, immediately turned this into a race and a conservative/liberal issue. For example, at the beginning of the segment, Sean was about to quote a witness to the McKinney incident when he was stopped by Leo who called the witness a Republican. When laughingly asked how by Hannity, Terrell says because he’s done “his research”. Even if this witness was a conservative, does that mean we can not believe them? With Terrell’s logic, we can not believe McKinney’s allegation that she was illegally touched on the grounds that she is a liberal.”

Leon is right on with this essay and it’s high time we expose the Left for what they are, hucksters living off the Government dole.
