Does the Media Have an Agenda?

You bet they do and Crazy Politico notices it too. He writes Backlash Buried on Page A10

“Did anyone notice the amount of front page coverage Monday's immigrant rallies
received in just about every paper in the country. I saw front pages from 3 states Monday, and 3 more Tuesday, that all had coverage of the rallies, and discussed the plight of the "poor illegal immigrants" in the US.
Then this morning, buried on A10 in the WashingtonPost, is the story of the growing backlash. I don't believe it a coincidence that it's buried on page 10, and not on page one. While lawmakers, and the media elite, want us to concentrate on the immigrants, no one wants to pay attention to the citizens who think the debate on Capital Hill is focusing on the wrong things.”

Well I have to agree with you Bob; the media is acting in tandem with the Communist supporters that are promoting these rallies and driving this issue. Its not a coincidence that when Joe Six-pack or a NASCAR dad speaks out against something it isn’t reported as being from the mainstream of America, and somehow the leftist college professor and communist party member is represented by the media as representative of the feelings of all Americans.

It appears that the supporters of illegal aliens and the leftist leaning media do live in an alternate reality. Unfortunately it appears that most of Congress also lives in that alternate reality and until we can get them to stop listening to polls and start listening to average Americans we are doomed to a future of more and more divisive issues.
