I recently met Marcia Kincaid, mother of PFC Aaron Kincaid (through Kat Orr). Aaron mom lives in Lilburn, a suburb of northeast Atlanta, not far from where Mike is buried. Marcia and Aaron shared a love for nature and outdoors and she wants to do the rock garden at her home in his memory, and as a way to continue to hold his memory near and dear on a daily basis. She is seeking to collect rocks from all 50 States including District of Columbia. Below is a list of states that she needs a grapefruit size rock to complete the rock garden, and it wouldn't hurt to get a couple from each state. If you or you know of friends in these states who can help, please contact her at the email address below and she can supply more details including any shipping details, or they can be sent to me and I will get them to her. She wants to dedicate the Rock Garden on Aaron's birthday, Sunday April 1, so kind of on a time line of about a month to get the rock to her and let her properly mark and place the rock in the garden. If anybody out there needs to be reimbursed for shipping cost, I will do that if they email me or include a note as to how much the shipping cost. US mail is fine - maybe US Postage flat rate priority if the rocks weigh over 4.5 lbs which is the weight you get "free postage" so to speak at the flat rate / 8.00 priority.If you'd like to help please send me an email here and I'll make sure you get the contact information for either Robert or Mr. Kincaid.
