Bravo Company, 4th Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion, a Marine Reserve unit stationed in my hometown is leaving for pre-deployment training today. Let’s keep them and their loved ones in our thoughts and prayers.
Bravo Company will be re-designated as Dam Support Unit 3. The Marines' mission will be patrolling and securing Iraqi waterways, including the Haditha Dam on the Euphrates River. Yes you read that correctly…Haditha.
