2/7 Marines in Afghanistan


U.S. Marines make their way to a designated area to employ M58 Mine Clearing Line Charge (MICLIC) in Now Zad, Afghanistan on Sept. 10, 2008. The Marines employed the MICLIC to reduce a known area of improvised explosive devices. The Marines are assigned to Fox Company, 2nd Battalion 7th Marines, based out of Marine Air Ground Combat Center 29 Palms.
